Interested in how I got to this point?
First off, I'd suggest subscribing to NMFD so you can follow along as I go from a fat dad to a fit dad. Hopefully, you'll pick up a few tips or get a few ideas along the way.
Second, Turbulence Training has been the workout responsible for my ongoing transformation. There's no hype or magic to the workout, it's all about putting in the hard work, but the methods are not as main stream as you may be used to.
